Wireless Carrier Accessibility Sites
The wireless industry is working hard to make handsets as user-friendly as possible for consumers with a vision and/or hearing impairment. Manufacturers and carriers have met the current FCC Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) mandate and continue to bring more accessible products to market. The industry meets regularly with advocates representing persons with disabilities, which reflects a commitment to produce accessible products that meet the needs of all consumers.
