According to the Global Accessibility Reporting Initiative (GARI) Annual Report 2018, the GARI database currently provides accessibility information on:

GARI is as easy as 1-2-3.

Step 1: Select a Manufacturer or Device. Start your search by selecting a manufacturer, device type or accessibility needs. When you are ready, click on ‘Go To Next Step’ at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Select Accessibility Feature. Choose the features you want in a mobile device. Then, click on ‘Search for Phone’ to view your results.

Step 3: Search Results. GARI will display phones that best match your search criteria. You can ‘View Details’ for a phone or ‘Compare Phones’ that are displayed.

For more help, go to the GARI help page.
